This landscaping, composed primarily of edible plants, was created on the roof of a huge underground parking. It features a terrace covered with a pergola, a perfect place for discussion, relaxation, and meals. Near this terrace, there are also several planters where residents grow and harvest vegetables and herbs.

The Cloria Terrebonne site also features an urban orchard planted with small fruit trees and numerous shrubs producing edible berries. It’s planted with Romance cherry trees, Asian pear trees as well as strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and haskap bushes.
